Aaron Coyes and Indra Dunis, AKA Peaking Lights, are currently playing their hugely acclaimed 936 album for the first time in Europe. To celebrate the entirely sold out run of shows, the band are sharing a very special mini-documentary shot at the start of Autumn by Chicago-based film maker Ben Poster. The piece (the second of its like, following Vice’s VBS documentary on Aaron’s DIY synths from 2009) contains an interview with the band (plus newborn baby Mikko) at their Madison, Wisconsin home as well as footage of their first ever 936 show at the Chicago Museum of Modern Art.
Watch it now:
The band play the remaining EU dates:
Thursday 8th December – Rhythm Factory (SOLD OUT)
Friday 9th December – Rough Trade East
Saturday 10th December – Piccadilly Records, Manchester (DJ SET)
Saturday 10th December – Deaf Institute, Manchester
Don’t miss out!
